The problem

A sales team turned into admin staff

Industrial materials distributor. 180 employees, 12,000 SKUs managed in SAP Business One and a PrestaShop B2B store with a private area for customers. The scenario was typical for the sector: the sales team spent 2 to 4 hours a day entering orders by hand into SAP. Every order received on the store was copied manually: customer, SKUs, quantities, payment terms. Transcription errors were frequent.

Stock was updated by a nightly script that failed 20% of the time. The result: B2B customers buying products that weren't really in stock, returns, complaints, and loss of trust that pushed buyers back to phone and email. The online store existed, but nobody trusted it.

The solution

Integrafy connected SAP B1 with PrestaShop in real time

Integrafy Core connected SAP Business One with PrestaShop using SAP's Service Layer REST. No SAP modifications were needed, no extra modules on PrestaShop: Core handled the two-way mapping between both systems.

Integrafy Data Hub synced the full 12,000-SKU catalog, including technical attributes, descriptions and categories. Every change in SAP is reflected automatically on the store.

Integrafy Flow automated the full order lifecycle: when a customer confirms a purchase on PrestaShop, Flow creates a Sales Order in SAP automatically, returns the order number to the customer and keeps statuses in sync. Stock updates in under 10 seconds after any movement in SAP.
