What does bidirectional sync mean?
Data flows in both directions: from the ERP to the eCommerce and from the eCommerce back to the ERP. An order in PrestaShop creates a Sales Order in SAP. A stock change in SAP is reflected in PrestaShop in under 5 seconds.
How long does it take to sync a change?
Events are processed in real time. Average propagation time is under 5 seconds for stock and statuses. Bulk catalog syncs depend on volume, but 80,000 references are updated in less than 1 hour.
What happens if the ERP fails or goes offline?
Integrafy Core has a queue system with automatic retries. If the ERP does not respond, events are queued and processed in order when it comes back. No data is lost.
Do I need custom development for each connector?
No. Integrafy Core connectors are preconfigured. You only need to set up credentials and field mappings. If your ERP has custom fields, they are mapped without code.
Does it work with legacy ERPs like AS/400?
Yes. Integrafy Core connects to AS/400 via DB2 or EDI files without modifying the original system. It is one of the few middleware platforms that supports legacy systems over 20 years old.
