Which Odoo versions does Integrafy support?

Integrafy supports Odoo from version 12 onwards, including 14, 15, 16 and 17. The connector adapts automatically to API changes between versions. For versions prior to 12 we assess case by case.

Does it work with multi-company Odoo?

Yes. Integrafy handles multi-company setups where each Odoo company can connect to a different eCommerce or share the catalog. Stock, order and pricing flows segregate by company automatically.

Is there a difference between Odoo Community and Enterprise?

Both versions are supported. The main difference is that Enterprise includes modules like Studio, advanced multi-company and extended accounting. Integrafy connects with Odoo's standard models, available in both editions.

Can it sync multi-tariff pricing from Odoo?

Yes. Integrafy maps Odoo pricelists to eCommerce price groups. It supports quantity-based, customer-based and date-based pricing plus chained discounts. Changes in Odoo are reflected on the store within minutes.

How long does Odoo implementation take?
