A price list should answer three questions: what am I paying, why am I paying it and when does it stop being worth it. This one is built to answer them without calling anyone.
Integrafy is not sold by the hour or by promises. It is sold by what it moves: SKUs, data sources, channels, knowledge sources. The more it works for you, the more it grows. And the other way round.

How we measure AI
Included usage expressed in euros. API tokens are calculated on the average price of reasoning models. Above that, at cost or with a closed allowance.

Pricing questions
Is there public pricing or does it depend on the project?
There is public pricing per product and plan: Data from €199/month, Flow from €89/month and KnowOS from €190/month. Amounts are indicative and confirmed after requirements gathering, which is where the plan that fits your volume is set.
Is there an implementation cost apart from the fee?
Yes. Onboarding is measured in €520 work days and closed in writing before starting. Flow Start begins at €490, Flow Growth from €1,500, KnowOS Start is €2,490. It includes requirements, configuration, testing, training and 30 days of support.
Can I contract just one product?
Yes. The usual path is to start with what is holding you back today: the catalog (Data), the orders (Flow) or the knowledge (KnowOS). Connect and Observe are included with any of them. Flow and Data contracted together have a pack price.
What is a SKU and how is it counted?
Every simple product or sellable variant. The parent product that only groups variants does not count. At 80 % and 100 % of the plan limit we warn you; data is never deleted or hidden.
Is AI included or paid separately?
Every plan includes an AI allowance designed for day-to-day use (for example, about 200 actions a day in Data Growth or €109/month of usage in KnowOS Growth). Above that, it is extended at cost or with a closed allowance sized before signing.
How long until it is running?
Flow Start, 1 to 2 weeks; Growth, 2 to 4; Scale, 4 to 8. In Data it depends on catalog modelling. Legacy ERPs or very specific flows take longer, and we say so before starting.
What if I change ERP or eCommerce platform?
The connector changes, but the business logic, flows and catalog are preserved. An extra ERP connector is quoted as a one-off setup from €1,200.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The fee is monthly. Move up or down a plan whenever you need, and your data is exportable in open formats at any time.
