Frequently asked questions about Salesforce + ERP

Which Salesforce APIs does Integrafy use?

REST API for transactional operations, Bulk API 2.0 for mass loads (>10,000 records), Composite API to keep consistency across multi-SObject operations, and Platform Events for real-time change detection.

Do we need to write Apex or Flows in Salesforce?

No. Integrafy behaves as a client of the standard APIs. No Apex triggers, custom Flows or managed packages required. This keeps the org clean and avoids burning Apex limits.

Does it work with Sandboxes and staging environments?

Yes. Integrafy runs in Sandbox and Production with no relevant config changes. Integration tests execute in Sandbox before promoting to Production, with validated config diffs.

Which SObjects are synced?

Standard: Account, Contact, Opportunity, OpportunityLineItem, Product2, Pricebook, Order, Asset, Case. Custom: any SObject with a valid ApiName. Integrafy auto-discovers custom fields and includes them in the mapping.

What about Salesforce API limits?

Integrafy respects per-org limits (daily API requests, concurrent requests) with a prioritized queue and automatic backoff. For high-volume operations it uses Bulk API 2.0, which does not count against the same limit.
