Can Holded replace my ERP?
For SMBs, yes, in many cases. But in B2B industrial environments Holded usually coexists with a stronger ERP (SAP, Business Central, Sage). Integrafy is the layer that avoids duplication: Holded handles clean tax billing, the ERP handles full operations, both aligned.
Can duplicates be avoided when syncing invoices?
Yes. Integrafy applies idempotency by external identifier: each invoice has a unique ID that survives retries, errors or double submissions. An invoice is never created twice, even if the event is processed several times.
What about VAT, withholdings and accounting?
Integrafy maps VAT types, withholdings and accounting accounts between the source system and Holded. The customer defines the canonical chart of accounts and the mappings are applied to every document that flows. Tax rate changes propagate without modifying flows.
Does it work with Holded Accounting + Holded CRM + Holded Inventory?
Yes. Although Integrafy focuses mainly on the accounting and billing module, it can sync contacts with the Holded CRM or products with Inventory. If Holded is the operational hub, Integrafy reinforces it.
Which Holded API does Integrafy use?
The official Holded REST API (v1/v2 depending on the module). Integrafy respects rate limits and handles cursor-based pagination. For bulk operations it transparently throttles and releases quota.
