Why do you need visibility?
Without Insight, when something breaks in the sync you find out when a customer calls complaining that their order is missing, or when the warehouse discovers that stock does not add up.
With Insight, you see it before the customer does. A slow connector, a growing queue, a recurring error — everything visible on the dashboard before it hits the business.
Frequently asked questions about Insight
Do I need technical access to use Insight?
No. The Insight dashboard is designed for non-technical profiles: operations directors, eCommerce managers, warehouse leads. Everything is visual, with configurable filters and alerts.
Does Insight keep a history of events?
Yes. Every event processed by Integrafy is logged with timestamp, origin, destination, status and processing time. The history is kept for 12 months by default, and can be extended.
Can I export Insight data to my BI?
Yes. Insight exposes a metrics API you can connect to Power BI, Tableau, Looker or any BI tool. Scheduled CSV export is also supported.
Can alerts be sent by email or Slack?
Yes. Insight alerts can be delivered by email, webhook (Slack, Teams, etc.) or push notification. Configurable per event type, severity and recipient.
What metrics does the dashboard show?
Processed events, error rate, average latency, active syncs, status of each connector, retry queue, and an activity timeline. All in real time.
