How does Integrafy connect to HubSpot?

Via a HubSpot Private App with the required scopes. Integrafy uses the REST API v3 and webhooks to detect changes. The old API Key (deprecated) and public OAuth are not required.

Does it work with custom objects and custom properties?

Yes. Integrafy maps HubSpot custom objects as canonical model entities and syncs custom properties in both directions. If your RevOps team has modeled HubSpot bespoke, Integrafy aligns with that structure.

Can deal pipelines be synced with ERP quotes?

Yes. Each deal stage can be mapped to a document type in the ERP: offer, quote, order or invoice. Closing a deal generates the corresponding document with idempotency.

What about Marketing Hub and Service Hub?

Integrafy connects with any Hub. ERP data feeds segmentation in Marketing and context in Service Hub (available credit, open orders, history). Tickets can create ERP incidents and vice versa.

How long does a HubSpot ↔ ERP rollout take?
