We only collect the personal data necessary for the purposes described below:

  • Contact form: name, email, company, phone (optional), message.
  • Demo request: name, email, company, job title, current ERP, eCommerce platform.
  • Newsletter: email.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (via analytics cookies, if the user accepts them).

3. Purposes of processing

  • Respond to contact requests and provide commercial information about Integrafy.
  • Manage demo requests and onboarding of new customers.
  • Send commercial communications by email (only with prior consent).
  • Analyze the use of the website to improve the user experience.

4. Legal basis

  • Consent: for sending commercial communications and using analytics cookies.
  • Legitimate interest: to respond to contact requests and improve our services.
  • Contractual performance: for managing demos and commercial relationships.

5. Data retention

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact data: up to 2 years from the last interaction.
  • Customer data: during the term of the contractual relationship and an additional 5 years for legal obligations.
  • Newsletter: until the user unsubscribes.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access: know what personal data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request the deletion of your data.

  • Restriction: request the limitation of processing in certain cases.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. Data may be processed by:

  • Web hosting providers (EU-based servers).
  • Email marketing tools (under a data processing agreement).
  • Google Analytics (if the user accepts analytics cookies).

8. International transfers

Our servers are located in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). Should any sub-processor process data outside the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. These include: encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access and periodic audits.

10. Complaints

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
