Is Integrafy-OS another product or part of Integrafy?
It is the 4th layer of the Integrafy platform, above Core (connectors), Data Hub (catalog) and Flow (automation). It can be purchased as part of the suite or as a standalone module if you already have connectors in place.
How is it different from a traditional BI (Power BI, Looker, Metabase)?
Traditional BI consumes already-prepared data and shows dashboards. Integrafy-OS prepares the data, applies a semantic ontology, and lets an AI discover patterns on its own. BI answers questions you ask; Integrafy-OS proposes questions you did not know you should ask.
How is it different from enterprise ontology-oriented data platforms?
It shares key concepts with platforms of this kind (ontology, objects, links, actions, hypothesis engine). Do I need a data engineer to use it?
No. All modeling, transformations and pattern exploration happen without code. If you have a data engineer, they will appreciate it: they can write custom pipelines, UDFs and SQL when needed. But 80% of cases do not require it.
What kind of AI is used for the hypotheses?
A combination of classical statistical methods (correlation, regression, variance analysis) with LLMs (Claude, GPT) for natural-language hypothesis generation and conversation. Validation is always statistical against your real data — AI proposes, the data decides.
Can it integrate with external AI agents?
Yes. Integrafy-OS exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that allows Claude, ChatGPT or other LLMs to query the ontology and execute authorized Actions. Compatible with the Integrafy AI module and with external agents.
