Which Zoho API version does Integrafy use?
Zoho CRM API v7 (current). It supports bulk operations, webhooks for change notifications, blueprints and automations. Integrafy manages Zoho rate limits (100 credits/min on Enterprise) with a prioritized queue.
Does it support custom layouts and modules?
Yes. Integrafy auto-discovers defined layouts, custom modules and their fields. The mapping is generated against your real Zoho schema, not a generic one.
Does it work with Zoho One and the other apps?
Integrafy focuses on Zoho CRM but can sync data that feeds Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books or Zoho Desk. If your ERP is the source of truth, Integrafy propagates it to the CRM and the CRM shares it with the rest of Zoho One.
What happens to native Zoho automations?
We keep them intact. Integrafy writes clean data into Zoho; workflows, blueprints and Zia keep running on top of it. We don't replace Zoho automation — we feed it.
Can Zoho CRM be connected with SAP Business One or Sage?
Yes. Integrafy has native connectors for SAP B1, Sage 200/X3, Business Central, Odoo and AS/400. Any Zoho + ERP combination is supported.
