Why integrate the CRM with the ERP if we already export Excel each week?
Because the exported Excel is out of date the second it’s opened. With the CRM connected to the ERP in real time, the sales rep sees terms, available credit and order status without asking back office. Less friction, fewer errors, fewer reconciliation meetings.
What exactly gets synced between CRM and ERP?
The essentials: accounts/companies as Business Partners, contacts as counterparts, opportunities as quotes, won deals as real ERP orders, and order status and invoicing back to the CRM. All two-way, all idempotent.
Do we need to customize the CRM with our own scripts?
No. Integrafy adapts to the standard objects and to the custom objects/fields you already have. We don’t write Apex, Functions or custom webhooks. If your CRM is already configured, Integrafy aligns with that.
How long does a CRM-ERP rollout take?
A standard CRM ↔ ERP integration ships in 2-4 weeks depending on objects and business rules. With Integrafy Flow, the rules can be adjusted without touching code — the customer can tune them post go-live.
